At Cloudflare Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
